Garlic Lemon and Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These are so addicting!  Brussel sprouts are roasted with the flavors of lemon and garlic, and then sprinkled with parmesan cheese before serving.  They are the perfect side in any meal!  


  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, sliced in half lengthwise

  • 1 - 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed, plus extra for serving

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium bowl, toss the Brussel sprouts, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well coated.  Spread onto a cookie sheet in a single layer, cut side down.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.  Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and a fresh squeeze of lemon.  Serve to those you love!
