Avocado Crema

Creamy and full of flavor, this Avocado Crema pairs perfectly with Mexican food, eggs, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, and any other dish that could use a extra dose of flavor!  


  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1 Jalapeno, minced

  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Using a blender, hand blender or food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth.  (Alternatively, mash the avocado by hand, finely mince the jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro, and whisk the ingredients together until smooth.)  Enjoy with someone you love!

Serving suggestions:

  • Drizzled over any Mexican dish

  • On eggs

  • On a sandwich

  • Over roasted vegetables

  • Dip for fresh vegetables

  • As a salad dressing

Yields roughly 1 1/2 cups
