Parmesan Crusted Chicken
A quick and simple recipe that yields tender, juicy chicken with a golden layer of crunch; Parmesan Crusted Chicken has it all!
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
4 tablespoons Panko or Italian Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs (or a combo - my preference)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and parmesan.
Thoroughly dry the chicken breasts and place in a baking dish. Apply a thin layer of the mayonnaise-parmesan mixture to the top of each breast. Sprinkle with panko/breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve to those you love!
