Lemon Garlic and Herb Baked Salmon

Tender, flaky salmon is perfectly flavored with lemon, garlic and herbs, and is on the table in less than 20 minutes!  


  • 3/4 lb. Salmon fillet

  • 2 tbsp. White Wine

  • 1 Lemon, 1/2 juiced and 1/2 sliced

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp. Herbs of choice, minced (Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Italian Parsley, etc.)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the salmon fillet in a shallow baking dish.  Pour the wine and lemon juice evenly over the salmon.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Sprinkle on garlic and herbs.  Place lemon slices over the top of salmon.

Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.  Enjoy with someone you love!

Serving suggestion: Pairs beautifully with Tzatziki sauce.
