Greek Salad
Easy to make and bursting with vibrant, fresh flavors - it's no wonder Greek Salad is a crowd-pleasing classic!

Ingredients

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 Garlic clove, finely minced
-
1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
-
1/4 cup Olive Oil
-
Salt and Pepper, to taste
-
1/2 tsp. Honey
-
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
-
1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
-
1 Bell Pepper (color of choice), diced
-
1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
-
1 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and halved (buy them this way!)

1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled or diced
-
1/4 cup Italian Parsley, chopped
In a large bowl, whisk together the Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon, Garlic, and Oregano. While continuing to whisk, slowly drizzle in the Olive Oil. Add Salt, pepper and honey to taste.

Add the remaining ingredients. Toss until combined and coated with dressing. Enjoy with someone you love!
